This pace and constant influx of information can overwhelm our nervous systems, leading to burnout. Pika emphasizes the importance of reconnecting with nature, returning to our roots, and taking time to understand our bodies.
She says that each person will discover different methods to regulate themselves; for some, it’s spending time outdoors, cuddling a pet, engaging in art therapy, practising mindful breathing, Listening to music and some time’s just getting enough sleep can help.
