Shradha Kapila is a Delhi-based professional dancer and accomplished model who has come up as a human rights activist. She is the State President of Human Rights – Delhi, who continues to raise her voice for social justice while discovering new talent through her foundation known as the School for Talent Spotter.
Shradha’s early age fascination towards dancing took her to the globally renowned Shaimak Davar Institute of Performing Arts, Mumbai—this laid a very strong base for her ensuing career where she emerged as a fine performer and choreographer. Notably, she has choreographed major shows such as Annual Day Functions at Silver Bells School and Delhi Public School HRIT Campus, among others. Her interest in dance carries onto her own academy, with over 30 dance forms being taught at The School for Talent Spotter, which has won as many as 54 awards within a very short span.
From modeling, Shradha has accumulated other accolades to her credit. She was crowned Ms. Delhi and Ms. Natural Beauty in 2017 and among the top 30 contestants of the NBT Femina Star 2020. She also continues to be a face of Times of India’s Raahgiri event, having been one of the celebrated performers for the past seven years.
Apart from being an artist, Shradha is an accomplished judge/organizer of different activities. From being the judge of the first competition at Monad University in 2012 to judging many others at Jaipuria School of Business and the O Daddy Event by Navkriti Foods India Pvt. Ltd., she was a great jury member to have for several events.
But Shradha’s commitment does not stop here; she is also an accomplished philanthropist, having been showered with many famous awards, like the Naari Shakti Shiromani Award and the Karm Shri Award from the Nepal Government. Anything she did was particularly brought to light on the website of the Indian Women’s History Museum on 15 August 2022, India’s 75th Independence Day celebration, where she was feted as a vocal woman supporter behind the group.
She calls her institution the School for Talent Spotter, and it is a dance academy and center for holistic development. Many other associated subjects, such as courses in personality development, yoga, and meditation, are taught here. The academy has hugely influenced many students’ lives by helping them grow comprehensively.
Professionally, Shradha has worked as an HR Manager for Capital Knowledge Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., handling training in loan policies and personal development. Because of her versatile skills and high standards, she has emerged as one of the leading personalities in entertainment, education, and social advocacy.
