Shreyan Laha is a seasoned author with over a decade of experience. He won the Rajiv Gandhi Youth Literary Award in 2014 for his debut book, “The Adventures Beyond Existence.” Laha has since focused on sci-fi, publishing four novels, including the acclaimed “Virtually Lost.” His latest work, “The Scent of Redemption,” begins a sci-fi trilogy.
In today’s achievement-driven lifestyle, mental health often takes a backseat. Beyond the workplace, societal stigmas, such as men facing abuse from women, can pose challenges, particularly when living among those who might take advantage of vulnerability. These factors contribute to the bottling up of emotions, resulting in missed opportunities and reduced productivity. I believe that fostering empathy and vulnerability can significantly aid us in combating mental struggles.
