Ganesh Gita: An Overview

Ganesh Gita is a detailed commentary on the yogic philosophy and meditative states explained by Lord Ganesha to King Varenya. It comprises 11 chapters and 413 slokas, illustrating the steps to attain Purna Shanti Yoga—the science of ultimate peace. The text explores deeper states of Samadhi, the unity of the Super-conscious and Supra-conscious, and offers practical instructions for self-control, self-restraint, and spiritual evolution through a combination of different yogic paths.

The ancient text finds roots in Vedic wisdom, and Saraswati Raman presents these teachings in a way relevant to today’s tumultuous world. The book serves as a guide for those seeking spiritual growth through righteous action and devotion.
