It is always challenging to shuffle between various domains of work, but Gautaam Borah makes it seem effortless. Gautaam, a senior management professional, seamlessly juggles his professional work with writing, teaching yoga, researching the Indian Knowledge System, and delivering motivational talks, all while being a prominent social media influencer.

Gautaam’s First Book: Monetising Innovation
Gautaam’s first book, ‘Monetising Innovation,’ was published by Bloomsbury and launched by the then Minister of Science and Technology. Marc Ventresca, a professor of Innovation at the University of Oxford, commented on the book:
“Here is a book that combines thoughtful integration of current research, detailed and extensive interviews with practitioners, along with the author’s keen eye for what can accelerate innovation impact. This is a timely book, motivated by one of the critical challenges facing businesses today: How to innovate in regular, reliable ways? In ‘Monetising Innovation,’ Gautam Borah presents distilled insights from research, reading, and practical experience, focusing on innovation that connects early capacity steps with implementation and results. The book identifies and specifies organizational and leadership levers for innovation impact, presenting innovation as a core organizational function and describing the shift from occasional and ad hoc innovation to reliable, routine innovation.”
Gautaam’s Second Book: Nalanda – Until We Meet Again
Gautaam’s second book, ‘Nalanda: Until We Meet Again,’ a multi-genre fiction, was launched last year by the legendary writer Ruskin Bond. ‘Nalanda’ remained at the top of the bestsellers list for a couple of months and offers much more than a typical fiction. It explores themes of love, mystery, corporate politics, time travel, karma, explicitness, and crime, ensuring readers are constantly engaged.
During the launch, Ruskin Bond praised the book, urging people to read it. He remarked, “Nalanda can become a movie and touches upon the aspects of life where one encounters elements like search, adventure, love, crime, loss, happiness, time, intuition, the unknown, etc.”
