“You Are The One And Only,” a new book by Mohamed Shukri, offers a fresh perspective on career development, emphasizing the unique value each individual brings.

Inspired by transformative experiences in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and India, the book explores the concept of a distinct “Career DNA” and provides a roadmap for leveraging individual strengths.

In 2013, Mohamed’s was on an unplanned journey of self-discovery that took him from Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to Mumbai and Mangalore, India. Originally a retreat trip with his father, India became a catalyst for healing – both physical and professional. His father experienced a miraculous recovery from a seemingly permanent illness, while Mohamed found relief from career doubts that had plagued him for years. These seemingly disjointed events across three countries converged to deliver a powerful message: “You Are The One And Only.”

You Are The One And Only” empowers readers to discover their “OAO” factor and build a fulfilling career based on that foundation. It offers seven practical ways to embody the “OAO” principle and a five-step action plan for immediate implementation.

Mohamed Ali Shukri is the 2006 World Champion of Public Speaking finalist (Washington DC), and the first and only “Accredited Speaker” by Toastmasters International. He holds and MBA in Transformational Leadership, and is a Certified Transformational Leader (by CMI, UK). His work focuses on corporate culture transformation and helping organizations smoothly transit through change.
