UNiTE to End Violence Against Women.”

Nurturing Change Through Parenting

She says “On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, let’s reflect on how the seeds of change are sown at home. As an ICF-certified Child/Adolescent Development and Parenting Coach and author of four widely-read parenting ebooks, I advocate for raising children with emotional intelligence (EQ) and challenging ingrained gender biases. By teaching boys to empathize and girls to embrace their worth beyond stereotypes, we can create a generation that values equality and compassion. Together, we’re shaping a future where respect replaces violence, and kindness prevails. Parenting isn’t just about nurturing—it’s about building a better world.”

Meghha Mehta is an ICF-certified Child and Adolescent Development and Parenting Coach, author of four popular parenting ebooks, and a certified Health & Wellness Coach. She holds qualifications in Child Development from the Stanford Centre for Health Education and a Diploma in Counseling Psychology. Meghha empowers parents to nurture emotional intelligence (EQ) in their children while challenging gender biases.
