On this International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, Saraswati Raman, proudly joins forces to raise awareness and combat the widespread issue of gender-based violence. She has extended her support to those dedicated to this cause, recognizing the remarkable individuals who are tirelessly working to safeguard women, promote gender equality, and eliminate violence globally. Managed by UN Women, the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, under the UNiTE initiative, highlights the alarming rise in violence against women, with this year’s theme: “Every 10 Minutes, a woman is killed. #NoExcuse. UNiTE to End Violence Against Women.”
Balancing Energies for Healing and Change
She says, “On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we must address how imbalances in masculine and feminine energies contribute to toxic relationships. When feminine energy is disrupted, often due to lack of support early in life, it leads to emotional chaos. Many men, disconnected from their feminine side, over-rely on masculine traits, creating imbalance in relationships. A man who masters his masculine energy—stability, focus, and discipline—can form healthy, respectful connections. True change comes from healing both energies, fostering relationships built on mutual respect, safety, and equality.”
Saraswati Raman, a certified Yoga Teacher and Transformational Coach, recently spoke at a TEDx talk in Jamnagar, where she shared her discovery of how sound vibrations can correct energetic deficiencies and elevate emotional states like love, peace, and enlightenment. After retiring from a 34-year banking career, she now dedicates herself to helping individuals achieve higher vibrations and align with cosmic consciousness.
